Quorum63 is a public-access web directory maintained as a catalogued reference index. The project began from a straightforward premise: that a well-organised, human-reviewed list of active websites serves as a more reliable reference tool than automated discovery alone.
The directory holds 830 approved entries, each assigned to one of 22 subject sections. Submissions are reviewed before cataloguing; entries that do not resolve to an active site at the time of review are set aside. The index is updated as new submissions are processed.
Each section of Quorum63 represents a subject domain — from legal services and dental care to travel and digital commerce. Within each section, entries are listed with their domain, title, and a brief description as supplied by the submitter.
The directory is free to browse and free to submit to. There are no placement fees, no ranking mechanisms beyond category assignment, and no sponsored slots. Every entry in the catalogue occupies the same standing as any other.
Quorum63 is maintained on a best-effort basis. If you encounter a listed site that is no longer active, or if your submitted site has not yet appeared, please allow time for the review queue to process. The catalogue is updated regularly.
Submissions are accepted through the standard entry form. Provide an accurate URL, choose the most relevant subject section, and include a brief description of the site. Entries are catalogued in the order they are received.
